The bood.be® website exclusively uses cookies and/or similar technologies of a statistical (analytics) nature, hosted on our own servers, without relying on third-party services. - In the case of clients who use our hosting or development services and for whom we provide this same statistical analysis system, each client has access only to statistics relating to their own service/contract, without access to other clients' data, nor does bood.be® share any cross-client analytical information.
5. Legal basis and consent
Under Law No. 41/2004 of 18 August (as currently in force), the installation of cookies generally requires the user's prior consent, except when strictly necessary for the provision of a service expressly requested. Although the analytics cookies described here have a reduced impact on privacy — being managed internally, not involving third parties, and not being used for advertising — bood.be® requests the user's consent through a cookie notice displayed on the first visit to the site.
You may manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Note that disabling statistical cookies does not affect normal use of the site, as they are not strictly necessary for its operation.
6. Retention period
Analytics data is retained for a period of 1 year, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
